How to add google chrome themes.?

Ok this is the situation. I downloaded a google chrome theme and it saved as a .crx I put that in to the folder google%26gt;chrome%26gt;application folder and dragged it to the browser. After a while since I did that before with a different theme a message popped up and said "do you allow this site to download multiple files?" and I clicked 'Dont allow' by accident. Now it wont do anything when I drag the file to the browser.|||Once you tell it not to allow, that's what it does, try uninstalling and reinstalling it, works sometimes.
