Can anyone make a sweet Foo Fighters theme for Google Chrome?

I've been looking for a Foo Fighters theme and even tried to make one myself, but my internet sucks real bad. Is there anyone out there that would make a really cool one for me? Or at least make a couple so I can chose from them? :))|||I think you can learn to make it yourself ,because other people may can not make what you like,do you think so
