The image at the top of my Google Chrome browser (the "theme" you choose" has enlarged, how do i change it?

At the top of the Chrome browser where the "theme" image is (w/ tabs, etc.) has expanded by about a centimeter in height, and as a result the bottom of the webpage is cut off. How do i resize it to the correct size?|||use the F11 key to resize your Google Chrome browser
