How do I switch between google chrome themes?

I've went to settings and extensions to try and find a way to uninstall them and it doesn't have an option for me too. It doesn't even show the themes I've downloaded. But when I'm in the theme store place it says they've been added. And it when I go back to the theme I want and have already downloaded before, it doesn't give me an option to redownload it at all. And it doesn't have an option for it in the settings. What do I do?|||Clear your borwsing data and history. Delete registry and then again follow all the process. It is because google leave the cache on our browser and when it feels some spamy activity, it won't allow your to install more. Even when you use google search engine, if you browse 25 page, it will ask you that r u robot or a human kinda verification.|||You're right there seems to be a glitch on Chrome. because when i choose a theme,

i'm supposed to go to window%26gt;extensions and find it.

but it's not there.
