Google Chrome Theme won't upload?

What's wrong with it? I pressed "Apply theme" four times, and it keeps saying "Installed theme" and I don't see it. What's wrong with it?|||Try reinstalling Google Chrome, if that doesn't work, check Google Chrome Support, and if that still doesn't work, and you need the theme more than anything, call or email Google Support.
