I can't see themes in google chrome?

I just installed Google chrome and went to their theme page https://chrome.google.com/webstore/category/themes?hl=en-US %26amp; all I see are boxes. My friend loads it up just fine. I go to the flash download page and it says I am up to date. Why can't I see the themes and how to fix?|||Maybe you should sign-in google account to use themes and applications.|||it always seen google market place on the first opened browser
