How do you switch the Google Chrome color theme?

I know some websites to DOWNLOAD the theme, but how do you switch it after you have downloaded it?|||Often, you have to go into the Chrome application folder, enter the themes directory and replace the default.dll file yourself.|||go to settings then change it form there
