How do I change my google chrome browser theme using windows vista?

I downloaded a theme already but I have no idea what I'm doing so I need to be walked through the entire process.|||In Chrome go to the settings (the wrench under the X), options, tab personal items, themes, get theme and take your pick. It installs automatically.
