What's the point of Themes in Google Chrome?

I like the themes they have for Google Chrome, but I can't figure out what they're for. They have really cool looking ones on Google by artists, but you can barely see any of it. Is there some way to see more, or is it just a tease?|||I had a similar problem on Vista, when themes on Chrome just stopped loading properly.

I assume that might be because they are in Labs, which means they are still being developed and are experimental (some of them).

Try re-installing Chrome.

As to what the point is: it is simply an aesthetic feature that enhances the visual experience of Chrome.|||It just looks good. Your computer is just screwed up.|||your computer does just fine, that's how google chrome themes should behave.

i think that you observed that in the new tab page appears the hole theme, didn't you?

EDIT:

i have installed your theme in my google chrome also,u can has a screenshot ;)

So it hides a little bit of the little guy and the horse for me too,so i guess it's a bug for the theme..
