How Do You Upload A Google Chrome Theme To Themes On Google Chrome Webstore?

Plz tell me instructions on how to do it and where to go! thanks|||Go to Web store


go to extensions


go down to the left bottom corner


click developer tools


that should wok but you have to pay 5 dollars!
