Google Chrome themes no longer seem to work for me?

Here's the scoop, usually I use the greyscale theme for Google Chrome, but for some reason, lately, it won't load. It says it does, but the theme never changes. The strange thing is themes I haven't yet downloaded work just fine, but the ones I commonly use won't work. I've tried unistalling and reinstalling.. any suggestions? Thank you.|||just keep trying man, or go to the actually website and then get it from there..
